Prof. Tao Liu

Southwest Minzu University

Tao Liu, Ph.D., is a professor and master’s supervisor. He is recognized as a leading talent by the National Civil Affairs Commission and a reserve candidate for academic and technological leadership in Sichuan Province. Dr. Liu has served as a visiting scholar at Columbia University in the United States and Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich in Germany. Dr. Liuserved as the executive director of the Council of Sichuan Artificial Intelligence Society, and as the communication review expert of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Dr. Liu has been engaged in long-term research in areas including the Internet of Things, edge computing, artificial intelligence, smart communications, smart agriculture, and smart transportation. In recent years, he has presided over more than 10 research projects at various levels, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China General Project, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation’s General Fund, Sichuan Province’s science and technology projects, and research projects supported by the State Ethnic Affairs Commission. Dr. Liu has published more than 40 academic papers in well-known domestic and foreign journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, and IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems. 

Prof. Xiaolin Qin

Chengdu Institute of Computer Applications, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS)

Deputy Chief Engineer and Research Fellow at Chengdu Institute of Computer Applications, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS); Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS); Senior Member of CCF, CICC, and IEEE.He is a recipient of multiple honors, including Leading Talent in Scientific and Innovation under Sichuan Tianfu Qingcheng Plan, Provincial Academic and Technical Leader, Winner of Sichuan Provincial Top Young Talents and Outstanding Young Talents, and Scientific and Technological Elite under Sichuan Tianfu Ten-Thousand Talents Plan. He has won several awards, such as the Provincial and Ministerial First-Class Award, Second Prize of Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, and President’s Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has presided over more than 10 major projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Key R&D Program, CAS STS Program, and Sichuan Provincial Major Science and Technology Special Project on Artificial Intelligence. He has published over 30 high-level academic papers in top journals and conferences, including IEEE TIP, ICCV, and ECCV. 

Prof. An Zeng

Guangdong University of Technology

Zeng An is the Associate Dean of the School of Computer Science at Guangdong University of Technology, and the Principal Investigator of the Intelligent Medical Computing team. She holds the prestigious position of Chief Scientist for a National Key R&D Program of China, and is a Postdoctoral Supervisor and Professor. Dr. Zeng is a Distinguished Member of the China Computer Federation (CCF). She also serves as the Secretary-General of the Guangdong Society of Industrial Software, a member of the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering, and a council member of the Guangdong Provincial Society of Biomedical Engineering. She has led more than 10 national and provincial-level research projects, including grants from the National Key R&D Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (including General and Youth Programs), and the Guangdong Provincial Key R&D Program. Dr. Zeng has authored over 100 publications in leading international journals such as Advanced Science, TIP, TMM, TNNLS, and TETCI, as well as at top-tier conferences like IJCAI and MICCAI. Her work has been recognized with the Second Prize of the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Award, where she ranked first. Her primary research interests lie in the theoretical foundations of artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data analytics, deep learning, and knowledge graphs, with a specific focus on their applications in healthcare big data and computer-aided disease diagnosis.
